Taubnessel, Gefleckte Taubnessel Chequers

Die gefleckte Taubnessel entwickelt sich zu einer kräftig bodendeckend wachsenden Staude mit sehr schöner grün-silbriger Belaubung. Im späten Frühjahr schmücken viele violett-rosa Lippenblüten den Bodendecker.

Lamium maculatum Chequers benötigt einen sandig, humosen Boden in halbschattiger Lage. Diese buntblättrige Taubnessel ist sehr anspruchslos und es sind kaum Pflegemaßnahmen notwendig. Sehr schönes Bienennährgehölz.
